1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Customer,” or “you”) and 6in1 Cube, operated by Tom Ron (“we,” “our,” “us”). We may update these Terms from time to time; changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Site following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access at our sole discretion.

3. Site Purpose and Scope

6in1 Cube is an e-commerce website selling the official 6-in-1 educational cube. Purchases are made directly from us; we do not operate a marketplace and we do not sell third-party or affiliate products.

4. Orders and Payments

  • Availability & Acceptance: All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance. We may refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, supply limitations, or other reasonable grounds.
  • Pricing & Taxes: Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes and duties may vary by destination and are the buyer’s responsibility where applicable.
  • Payment: Accepted methods are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely via authorized providers.
  • Confirmation: An email acknowledgment is sent upon order placement. The order is considered accepted once payment clears and we dispatch the product.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to many countries using trusted carriers. Estimated delivery times at checkout are indicative and may vary due to destination, customs, or external delays. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Tracking details are provided when available.

6. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied, contact us at Hello@6in1cube.com within 14 days of receipt.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • After inspection, refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Product Information and Availability

We strive for accuracy in descriptions, images, and specifications. Minor variations in color, packaging, or design may occur. We may modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site (texts, graphics, photos, logos, and layout) is owned by 6in1 Cube (Tom Ron) or used under license and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, outages, or carrier/customs disruptions.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force, and a valid provision closest to the original intent will replace it.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms together with our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and 6in1 Cube regarding use of the Site and supersede all prior understandings.
